We often recommend changes with regards to paint colors, lighting, flooring, etc. If a seller decides not to follow these recommendations, we will work with the canvas that we are given. Either way we always do what we can to maximize the visual and functional appeal of each room.

We visit the vacant property to photograph and measure each room, and provide a proposal for staging. The staging furniture, art and accessories are specifically chosen to complement the existing style of the house, and draw in the potential buyer.
