Occupied Consultation
We meet with you at the property to photograph and measure each room. Followed by a detailed report that lists "to-do" items of edits and improvements that are needed to prepare for staging. A proposal for staging is submitted at the same time. We encourage communication between in home harmony, our sellers and the agent, because we believe that working together is the most productive approach.

Post consultation, we stage using the owner's furnishings, and fine tune with our own staging inventory where necessary. In short, we highlight the property's attributes, de-personalize, and maximize the home's features and appeal.
